Policies
Privacy: Your privacy is important to us.
Any personal information we collect will be used only to fulfill
your order and collect payment. We will not rent or sell your
information to any third party.
Security: Payment information is collected on a Secure Socket Layer
(SSL) server, and is not kept on file. You may rest assured knowing that your
payment information is safe when shopping with Sagegold Soaps.
Payment Methods: We currently accept the following methods of payment:
- Visa or MasterCard - Make
your payment with your Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card through our
secure shopping cart. Your charge will appear as "kerrybiglin
at sagegold.com"
or "sagegoldsoaps at sagegold.com"
on your credit card statement.
- PayPal - PayPal
is safe, easy and secure, and payments can be charged to your Visa, MasterCard,
Discover or American Express credit cards. You may also make payments from your
current PayPal balance, or have your payment debited directly from your
confirmed bank account.
If you elect to pay via PayPal, you will receive an
email invoice detailing your total charge, with instructions to complete
payment.
- Personal Check or Money
Order - Add items to your cart as usual, and select the "Check
Payment" or "Money Order" payment methods, as needed, then
submit your order online. You will receive a copy of your invoice including your
order number in your email. Checks and Money orders may be made payable and mailed
to the address below.

returned NSF (non-sufficient funds) will incur a $30 processing fee.*
Order Processing: Orders will be processed within 2 business days of
receipt of payment, unless otherwise noted on this site.
Because our soaps are made in small batches, occasionally demand may be greater than we anticipated. If an item you order is out of stock, you will be contacted by
email to get your instructions regarding the unavailable item(s).
Shipping:
Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail®, unless customer requests a different method. Delivery is usually within 2-3 days.
Insurance is optional, for an additional fee.
Your
tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
If you would like a
different shipping method and/or insurance, please leave a message in the "Comments"
window of your shopping cart. (We cannot be responsible for uninsured
damaged, lost or misdirected mail)
Please Note: Alternate
shipping methods may result in additional shipping charges.
Returns: Due to the nature of Bath
& Body products, we cannot accept returns. If an item you
order from us arrives damaged or defective due to faulty
manufacture or packing procedures on our part, you must notify
us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will work with you to
replace that item or substitute another.
